Criteria for Financial Assistance
• Terminally ill adults, eighteen (18) years or older
• Unable to finance own wish
• Inadequate/no financial support from immediate family
• Medically eligible to undertake desired wish
– confirmed by attending physician.
• Financial limit established @ $10,000.00  CAD. Under unusual/extenuating
circumstances, the Board may approve a higher limit on a case-by-case basis.
